- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor
- Proactively supporting customers in the use and optimization of our products
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities in close collaboration with Sales
- Analyzing customer needs and deriving actionable recommendations

- Enthusiasm for building long-term customer relationships and creating real value for clients
- Strong team player with openness to collaboration across internal departments
- Fluent German (written and spoken) and very good English skills
